As we wrap up the first week of January 2021, some of us are reeling from the events of the past few days.
I initially wrote this post about how to take care of yourself while going through transition, not losing focus, breaking off bite-sized pieces, etc.
But that feels out of touch now.
And I just want to talk about self-care.
How are you?
No really, how are you?
Have you consumed too much media (social, tv, Apple news)? Are you discouraged and disappointed or are you hopeful that the country will pull through this?
Focus on the things that bring you joy, the people who make you feel heard, and self-care practices that center and ground you.
It can only get better from here...right?? 😂
